Requested move 17 December 2018

The result of the move request was: Consensus to move to Constellation (energy company), therefore, moved to Constellation (energy company). Constellation (An Exelon Company) → Constellation, an Exelon Company – The formal name of the company has changed. It is no longer a separate publically-owned company, but effectively a brand name within Exelon. That branding is Constellation, an Exelon Company. Note the capitalisation. This article titled would be preferable to the current one which use An Exelon Company as a disambiguator for a hypothetical company called Constellation. The company, and the article, was previously titled Constellation Energy, and could possibly be left at that title, if it is still widely-known under that name. It also might possibly be titled something like Constellation (company) if it is generally known just as Constellation, or perhaps Constellation (energy company) if it needs to be even more unique. Anything but the current title, which is neither the correct name of the company, nor correctly disambiguated following WP guidelines. Lithopsian (talk) 17:57, 17 December 2018 (UTC)

- Rename to Constellation (energy company). The current and proposed titles are simply branding straplines. We don't use these on Wikipedia. Note the article was entitled Constellation Energy Group until a couple of weeks ago. It shouldn't have been moved to its current title in the first place. The former title may no longer be used, but the current title is not acceptable. -- Necrothesp (talk) 16:25, 20 December 2018 (UTC)
