A few confusing things about this entry which should be updated...

1) Caption and name of the image file should reflect that the vessels in the picture are NOT the MV William Carson, which sank in 1977, as this photo depicts the MV Joseph and Clara Smallwood, which entered service in 1989.

2) There is also reference to "1965" - this should be explained or removed.

MV Caribou[edit]

Having taken a look at the photo, I see that the discussion thread added by Plasma East is still just a tad bit incorrect. If you take a closer look at the stern of the superferry in the photo, you will see that the name of the ferry is a short 'single word' name. Having once lived in Port aux Basques and still travel the ferries quite often, I know that the MV Joseph and Clara Smallwood has it's full name emblazoned on the hull. Just would like to confirm that the two ferries in the photo are in fact the 'Caribou' and the Ambrose Shea. 156.34.34.176 17:49, 21 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]
