Shouldn't redford township be in white?

Redford Charter Township should appear in white if all other general law and charter townships are also going to appear in white. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 66.188.53.52 (talk) 21:38, 2 May 2014 (UTC)[reply]

"Incorporated Townships"[edit]

Just to be clear, this is no such thing as an "incorporated township", so Canton and Redford should be white on this map. And, even if one means chartered township as differentiated from general law townships, neither of them is technically incorporated. Canton and Redford need to appear as white on this map. --Criticalthinker (talk) 04:42, 17 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Actually, the Charter Township Act makes it clear that charter townships are incorporated. I suggest that Michigan county maps use cross-hatching or some other form of screening to differentiate incorporated charter townships and unincorporated general law townships. Maybe I'll do the corrections myself if I have time this week. LibertyHiller (talk) 05:49, 13 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]
