The Numbers on the Maps[edit]
The administrative divisions of these maps are numbered.
In real life I assume these divisions have names?
One possible format for things of this sort is to put numbers on the graphic, and then elsewhere on the page you can list the numbers with the respective names by their side.
There is a listing 1 to 7 lower down in the article, not particularly connected to the graphic -- but there are 14 numbers on the map...
