The Copyright status of this image is too restrictive[edit]

This page shows a Creative Commons copyright which is impossible for this image. By Russian federal law all works created during the Soviet era are fully public domain with no restrictions whatsoever. Claiming Creative Commons licensing on this represents a restriction of the rights granted by the "publisher" - the Russian Federal government.

If I can find the actual citation for this law, I'll post it.
