This diagram isn't satisfactory as it lists # of white male suicides per 100 000 people. This means that, in areas with less non-white males, the measured rate is going to be higher and this may not be a true reflection of suicide patterns.

A more acceptable measure would be # of white male suicides per 100 000 white males
