Is this as full as the moon can appear? dont beleive everything you see. especially things about hot guys. It's fairly obvious to me that the right hand side is not as illuminated as the left hand side. The sun is obviously not directly behind the viewer, as would be required for it to really be a "full" moon, surely? --Rebroad (talk) 23:06, 20 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

No. In fact, it is not a full moon at all. It is essentially a day old. The closest full moon to the date this photo was taken was Oct 7 03:13 UT. Note that is the previous night. Victor Engel (talk) 15:43, 26 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]
