I own approximately 500 acres in Northeastern Central Pennsylvania. I initially thought we were having a very severe gypsy moth infestation, after catching the story on our local news channel I decided to investigate further. Fall Foliage is a prevalent tourism activity for this vast area and I am concerned that our legislators and or appropriate agencies (Department of Environmental Resources) etc... are not doing enough to control the potential damage from these creatures. Does anyone have any thoughts or advice for further support or treatment to rid these pests?--71.245.17.146 (talk) 03:06, 10 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]
