No Persians in Pakistan?

I'm confused about the statement "There are virtually no Arabs or Persians in Pakistan...". Pakistan is obviously not in Arabia, but was in fact once part of the Persian Empire. There are currently an estimated 1.4 million Persians in Pakistan. While this is "relatively few" Persians, it is not equivalent to "virtually no" Persians.
