Why isn't, on offense, the fullback all the way back, and the halfback right after the quarterback.
This isn't the place for this question, but until the T formation, the quarterback was a quarter of the way back, the halfbacks were halfway back, and the fullback was full back. The T formation moved the positions to improve performance of the positions. -- kainaw™ 15:23, 20 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]
