Young Romance is the first romance comic, and a pivotal title in the history of the medium. The title was produced by the landmark team of Joe Simon and Jack Kirby at the height of their ground-breaking post-war creatice period, and this issue features "Back Door Love" one of the most famous stories to feature Kirby artwork in the title The use of the cover will not affect the value of the original work or limit the copyright holder's rights or ability to distribute the original. In particular, copies could not be used to make illegal copies of the book. The character and comic book are copyrighted, and so the image is not replaceable with an uncopyrighted or freely copyrighted image of comparable educational value.
