Summary

Description
English: Wentworth & Hoyland Common railway station (site), Yorkshire
Opened in 1893 by the Midland Railway on the line from Sheffield to Barnsley, this station closed in 1959. View south west towards Chapeltown and Sheffield. No trace apparently remains at platform level, nor of the former station building at road level. However, the adjacent Station Master's house on Sheffield Road was still extant in 2019.
