Summary

Description On April 6, 2021 as identified in the Vernon Twp, EDAC meeting records, a need to solidify the the many different seals used by the township was brought forth for discussion. Thereafter, Dr. Nicholas J. Pirro solicited a unifying township seal from Michael Xavier Markowycz, "MVVNLVGHT", to present at an Economic Development Advisory Commission meeting on May 7,2021. On that date this logo was presented to the EDAC of Vernon Township, NJ, Sussex County and accepted. Effective, October 14, 2021 the Mayor Dr. Howard Burrell approved the seal and adopted it for use throughout the township.

English: On May 7, 2021, the Vernon Township, NJ unification seal that was created by Michael X. Markowycz "MVVNLVGHT", was presented to the Vernon Township EDAC and was unanimously accepted. On October 14, 2021 the seal was approved and adopted by Mayor, Dr. Howard Burrell. It is predominantly displayed on the official letterhead, township apparel, in the hall of the community center, inside the courtroom, and throughout the Vernon Township, New Jersey, USA website.
