Description
English: "Uncle Abram" Hallenback, who with his brother William, taught three generations of area youngsters to swim at Annsville Creek, near the tracks that brought iron ore to the nearby blast furnace. The brothers died at the turn of the century and are buried in Cortlandt Cemetery.
