English: The incomplete U.S. Navy destroyer USS Seymour D. Owens (DD-767) at the entered Long Beach Naval Shipyard, California (USA), after being towed from Suisun Bay, 13 December 1951. Her bow was used to repair USS Ernest G. Small (DD-838), which had been mined off Korea.
