English: The Coast Guard Cutter ABBIE BURGESS, a 175-foot coastal buoy tender from Rockland, Maine deploys an oil recovery boom during hazardous material response training in Frenchman Bay, Maine. On an average day, the Coast Guard responds to more than 10 oil and hazardous chemical spills nationwide.
