Fair use rationale[edit]

It is believed that this image qualifies as fair use under United States law and in compliance with Wikipedia's policy on non-free content for the "The One with the Prom Video" article because:

• The image is being used for information and identification purposes in the "The One with the Prom Video" article in order to supplement existing critical commentary on the make-up and costuming used in a particular scene in the aforementioned episode.
• Existing free images of the actors involved in the scene are unsuitable for use given the previously mentioned costuming and make-up.
• The episode is frequently played on television partially and in its entirety and has been commercially released in multiple countries for private viewing, so the inclusion of a single low-resolution screen capture on Wikipedia can have no significant effect on the commercial distribution of the series by the copyright holder Warner Bros.
• The image appears in at least one article, adjacent to written text that indicates what the image is.
• No free or PD images have been found or can be created for the purpose this image serves.
