| Description |
English: The Crown. The Crown in Broad Street was bought by a Mr William Butler. He set up his own brewery at the back using the copious supply of water from a well below. This grew to become the Mitchells & Butler (M&B) brewing empire which subsequently moved to Cape Hill 195191, now sadly being demolished. |
