日本語: 京都市下京区四条通河原町西入真町の高島屋京都店。東京店、新宿店、横浜店、大阪店と並ぶ高島屋直営の主力店である。高島屋は1831年に烏丸高辻（京都市下京区、現在は京都銀行本店が立地）で古着木綿商として開業し、1855年に業態を呉服店に変更。京都では店頭ショーウインドウ設置（1896年）、百貨店初の通信販売（1899年）、日本初の鉄筋コンクリート造の商店建築（1912年、竹中工務店が施工）と先駆的な試みを重ねた。1950年10月に現在地である四条河原町西南角へ店舗を移転。現存の京都店本館は村野藤吾が設計した。1994年9月に全売り場（7階-地下1階）の内装リニューアルを完了、2006年9月に外装を含む全面改装工事が竣工した。改装後の写真に差し替え、Adobe Photoshop CS2で遠近法を調整、スポット修復ブラシツールでレタッチした。 English: Photograph of Takashimaya Kyoto store in Shimogyo-ku, Kyoto, Kyoto Prefecture, Japan. |
