DescriptionSkycrane captured by Ingenuity Helicopter 02.jpg
English: Skycrane captured by Ingenuity Helicopter
NASA's Ingenuity Mars Helicopter acquired this image using its high-resolution color camera. This camera is mounted in the helicopter's fuselage and pointed approximately 22 degrees below the horizon.
This image was acquired on April 3, 2022 (Sol 398 of the Perseverance rover mission) at the local mean solar time of 09:33:29. This was the date of Ingenuity's 24th flight.
Image name and description as "Skycrane" not reliably sourced; it is from a private student Twitter user who posted the image and described it as showing "what was likely the sky crane".
