The subject of the photo was born in 1974 so it is also not possible to get an older, non-copyrighted image. During her life, the subject was a private person who was not notable or known, so very few pictures of her are available.
Minimal use (WP:NFCC#3)	The article is entitled "Sinedu Tadesse" and yet contains no photos of Sinedu herself, only a photo of her victim (thus giving a misleading impression on first glance that the victim is the named main subject of the article) and a building where the killing and suicide committed by Tadesse occurred. A picture of the actual named subject of the article, Sinedu Tadesse, is appropriately placed in the main "infobox - person" so users can identify the article subject.
