The house in this article was designed and built by J. Frank Putnam, owner of Utility Services, Inc, who was a resident of Atlanta. His is idea was to factory build modest 3 bedroom homes ready to occupy and deliver them to the site via sky crane. Sadly, he was unable to acquire funding on his terms and the project was abandoned.
