Summary

Description

Shane Edward Robert O'Neill, 3rd Baron O'Neill (1907–1944). He was an Anglo-Irish peer and British Army officer. He served during World War II and was killed in action in Italy.

Notes: (1) Full enquiries have been made as to the authorship of the image and any claims to copyright. Books, magazines, libraries, internet, archives and other sources have been searched. None has been found. (2) This is a screenshot of a microfilm of a newsprint copy of a photograph - hence the poor quality.
