English: Battlefield view from the east: River Lech flows from right to center, then flows west (up) into Donau river. Town of Rain center top; Donauwörth town top left. Swedish artillery is firing across the river from the south (left), Swedish cavalry is crossing it bottom center. On the other side of the river the Imperial army is retreating north (right) amidst clouds of smoke from the artillery barrage.

Kurzer Abriß / und warhafftige Beschreibung / Was gestallt / Ihr königl. Majestät zu Schweden / den 5. 6. Aprilis eine Brucken über den Lech in grosser Eyl geschlagen / dem Feind mit schiessen starck zugesetzt / auch entlich gantz auß seinen vortheil / und den wolverwahrten Paß Rain getrieben / daß er sich mit großem Schaden auff Ingolstatt retiriern müssen hat / also Ihr Kön Majst den Paß in das Land zu Bayern mit Gewalt wider des Feindes willen eröffnet.
