English: Sarah J. "Sally" Smith (born 1945) is an American retired politician. Originally from Pekin, Illinois, Smith moved to Fairbanks, Alaska in 1969. She represented Fairbanks and surrounding area as a Democratic member of the Alaska House of Representatives from 1977 to 1983. She later moved to Juneau, Alaska, where she served as Juneau's mayor from 2000 to 2003.
