Summary[edit]

Media data and Non-free use rationale
Description A strongly anti-Hungarian SNS political poster from the 2010 parliamentary election campaign with motives mimicking the Hungarian flag and coat-of-arms. The text reads:

So that tomorrow we wouldn't be surprised.
Slovaks, don't be misled! The new Hungarian government and its law about double citizenship is the first step in winning over all the Slovaks with Hungarian ethnicity and accomplishing their well-thought plan. Slovaks, we have to prevent this! We are at home here and we have to protect our home. Only this way can Slovakia remain ours.
Out of respect to our fathers, out of love of our mothers.

Purpose of use in article (WP:NFCC#8) To support encyclopedic discussion of this work in this article. The illustration is specifically needed to support the following point(s):

The article contains a whole session dedicated to anti-Hungarianism since 1993, the independence of Slovakia. The picture is meant to illustrate that anti-Hungarian sentiments are just as strong and vocal as in the past and that anti-Hungarianism was one of the main motives of the 2010 parliamentary elections.

Not replaceable with
free media because
(WP:NFCC#1)
No, because the 2010 elections was a one-time event after which all the political posters have been removed.
Minimal use (WP:NFCC#3) The saying "a picture is worth a thousand words" is especially true in this case, because SNS is the most vocal anti-Hungarian party of Slovakia whose agenda has been borrowed by other parties (most notably Smer) as well. Thus this file is necessary for illustrating the ever-present dominance of anti-Hungarian sentiments in the Slovak politics.
Respect for
commercial opportunities
(WP:NFCC#2)
The image is of low resolution hence it doesn't prevent the copyright owner from exercising its intellectual rights. Also, reducing the image's resolution would defeat the purpose of the image itself, because it would make the text in the picture illegible.
Other information The source file might not be available/viewable from all the locations of the world, because sns.sk seems to be using some selective filter (the site is known to be inaccessible from Hungary).
