Description
Date 1935
(Note: 1935 is the correct year. The year 1930 guessed in the source webpage is wrong. The letter by R.B. Bennet confirming Sauvé's power to sign the the convention is dated 18 March 1935 and Arthur Sauvé was minister until August 1935. Cf. document P719,S1,SS2,SSS1,D3,P1 at BAnQ. And Raymond Brugère was France's delegate to Canada from 1934 to 1937.)
