Română: Descrierea stemei:

Stema comunei Vărădia, potrivit anexei nr. 1.6, se compune dintr-un scut triunghiular cu marginile rotunjite, tăiat de o fascie ondulată de azur.În partea superioară, în câmp zidit de argint, se află un plug negru aşezat spre stânga.În partea de jos, în câmp roşu, se află trei albine de aur, aşezate doi la unu.Scutul este trimbrat de o coroană murală de argint, cu un turn crenelat.

Semnificaţiile elementelor însumate:

Câmpul zidit atestă descoperirile arheologice din epoca dacică.Brâul undat face referire la râul Caraş, care străbate aşezarea.Plugul şi albinele simbolizează ocupaţiile tradiţionale ale locuitorilor.Coroana murală cu un turn crenelat semnifică faptul că localitatea are rangul de comună.
