Summary

Description
English: This quantum circuit implements a three-qubit Toffoli gate composed from one- and two-qubit gates. Each of the three wires represents one qubit, and this circuit diagram should be read left-to-right. The single-qubit gates used are the standard Hadamard gate (H) and the (T) gate, as well as its conjugate transpose, represented by the "dagger" symbol. The only two-qubit gate used is the "CNOT" gate. Given a three-qubit standard-basis input state , the output is . This particular implementation is from the standard library of OpenQASM 2.
