El primer festival pank fue en el sindicato de taxistas ubicado en Holanda con el aguilucho en Agosto del año 1985, el afiche mostrado acá corresponde a la segunda versión de la Bienal underground o Bienal Punk organizada por Vicente Ruiz en el año 1988, en memoria de El fallecido vocalista del grupo dADa, TV Star, y realizada en el Garage Internacional Matucana 19.
Se confeccionaron dos afiches para tal evento, uno realizado por Macarena infante, una de las organizadoras y sostenedoras de matucana 19, y el otro que corresponde a esta imagen y que fue confeccionado por Luis Alberto Aguirre, entonces baterista del grupo dAda.
