Description
English: This image shows a tubular glass photobioreactor for the cultivation of microalgae and other photosynthetic organisms. It has an operational volume of 4000 liters and the principle was developed in the late 1990ies. This type of photobioreactor is suitable for the scaled production of microalgae-based high-value products.
Deutsch: Dieses Bild zeigt einen Glasrohr-Photobioreaktor für die Kultivierung von Mikroalgen und anderen photosynthetisch aktiven Organismen. Das Grundprinzip dieser Anlagen wurde in den späteren1990er Jahren entwickelt. Das Bild zeigt einen Photobioreaktor mit einem Gesamtvolumen von 4000 Liter. Photobioreaktoren dieser Bauart sind für die skalierte Produktion von Hochwert-Produkten aus Mikroalgen geeignet.
