Ф. М. Славянский Крестьянская девочка 1840-е Холст, масло. 33,5 х 24 Пост. в 1930 от О. К. Славянской, Ленинград Ж-3688 Русские художники первой половины XIX века, и прежде всего А. Г. Венецианов и его ученики, открыли особую кра- соту крестьянских лиц. Безымянные портреты крестьян, людей из народа ныне органично вошли в историю русской живописи. Именно такой пример натурного этюда представ- ляет собой «Крестьянская девочка». Автора картины,, преж- де всего интересует ярко выраженный социальный типаж, который он и выявляет скупыми, лаконичными живопис-

ными средствами.
