This is a screenshot of the Mystic Mother of Power Rangers Mystic Force. She is known as Magiel of Mahou Sentai Magiranger. She was formerly Majo Bandora of Kyouryuu Sentai Zyuranger, dubbed over as Rita Replusa in Mighty Morphin Power Rangers.
