Summary

DescriptionMan-yi Sep 16 2013 0140Z.jpg	English: Severe Tropical Storm Man-yi at peak intensity and on landfall over Japan on September 16, 2013. At that time, Man-yi's central pressure was at 975hpa, and was rapidly moving over Japan. Besides Man-Yi, Ash and smoke from the Sakurajima stratovolcano, southern Japan can be seen near the mid-way bottom-left of the image.
