Fair use for Louis MacNeice[edit]

I believe this is fair use because:

  1. It is an historically significant photo of a famous individual.
  2. The photo is only being used for informational purposes.
  3. It is a low resolution copy of the book cover, and the small size means that the picture does not limit the copyright holder's ability to exploit the original image (it is effectively a thumbnail).

  3. The photo is only being used for informational purposes.
  4. It is a low resolution copy of the book cover, and the small size means that the picture does not limit the copyright holder's ability to exploit the original image (it is effectively a thumbnail).
