Summary

Description
English: particle size analysis by laser diffraction, single big round particle making more rings (than small ones). This is a mix of near and far field geometry, which doesn't fit together without scaling, or bending for this matter of a sketch. With part of Airy disk shown.
Deutsch: Schema eines Laserbeugungsanalysegeräts zur Partikelgrößenbestimmung, einzelner grosser runder Partikel mit vielen Beugungsringen (im Vergleich zu kleinen runden Partikeln. Die Skizze ist eine Mischung aus Fern- und Nahfeld, was geometrisch exakt im selben Masstab nicht darstellbar ist, deswegen die Ungenauigkeiten.)
