This image, Image:LI Ducks 67.gif, is being linked here; though the picture is subject to copyright I (DJSasso) feel it is covered by the Canadian/American fair use laws because:

1. it is a low resolution copy of symbol;
2. it is not being used for commercial use
3. the image is only being used for informational purposes.
4. the image portrays the Long Island Ducks, for which it is being included in
