Čeština: Vlajka města Kostelec nad Orlicí, okres Rychnov nad Kněžnou. Červený list s českým bílým lvem, který drží v pravé tlapě dva žluté šípy hrotem vzhůru a v levé tlapě dvě zkřížené zelené ratolesti (figura z městského znaku).
