It is of much lower resolution than the original (copies made from it will be of very inferior quality).

3. It is a low resolution and/or poor quality version, making it unusable for reproduction.
4. Its use does not limit the copyright owner's promotional and marketing rights.

Not replaceable; logos are always presumed non-free per WP:LOGO. Any substitute that is not a derivative work would fail to convey the meaning intended, would tarnish or misrepresent its image, or would fail its purpose of identification or commentary.

This image will not dilute the importance or recognition of the logo in connection with its organization and enhances the article in which the logo appears as it provides an immediate relevance to the reader which text alone cannot satisfy. Use of the logo in the article complies with Wikipedia non-free content policy and fair use under United States copyright law as described above.
