Summary

Description
English: Picture of Kaufmann's Department Store and Clock (Macy's) at Fifth Avenue and Smithfield Street in downtown Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, on April 10, 2010. This part of the store (including the clock) was designed by Janssen & Abbott in 1913. Another former Kaufmann's building (seen here) is structurally connected to the building in the above picture, and it was built in 1898 and designed by Charles Bickel. Both buildings and the clock are included together on the List of Pittsburgh History and Landmarks Foundation Historic Landmarks.
