Fair use in Jersey Girl[edit]

Though this image is subject to copyright, its use is covered by the U.S. fair use laws because:

1. The image in question is an official poster for the 2004 film Jersey Girl and is used to illustrate the wikipedia article about that very film.
2. No free equivalent for illustrating the article is likely to exist.
3. Compared to a full sized poster, the image is reduced in quality and can hence not be used to make high quality copies of the original poster.
