Summary

Description
English: Signet ring Signet ring made in silver with Jastrzębiec coat of arms. This signet ring belonged to Czesław Jankowski h. Jastrzębiec. Hand made in 1943 at Nazi Prisoners of War Camp (for Polish officers). The silver was got from an old Polish coin and carved by one fellow prisoner. Yet the coat of arms is almost deleted (because silver is a soft metal), the spirit of resistance against who denied ancient Polish history and culture that impregnate this ring is remarkable.
