Purpose of use in article (WP:NFCC#8)	To give the reader an idea of the video's contents, particularly its representation of sexuality, as it was a subject of criticism by music commentators/critics. The criticism is covered in the article. This particular screenshot is used to illustrate how Lil' Kim adopts blonde hair and blue eyes, which was a point highlighted by critics as part of their commentary.
Not replaceable with free media because (WP:NFCC#1)	As a music video, the image is not replaceable by free content; any other image that shows the images from the music video would also be copyrighted, and any version that is not true to the original would be inadequate for identification or commentary.
Minimal use (WP:NFCC#3)	One frame at reduced size from a four minute video is minimal. Resolution meets Wikipedia's guideline WP:NFC for non-free media.
