Summary

Description
English: Control panel of a portable 100 kV test set used for factory "hipot" dielectric testing of switchgear and other electrical assemblies. The control knob adjusts the applied voltage displayed on one meter, while the other meter shows the leakage current. If too much current flows, the high voltage is cut off. This may indicate an insulation breakdown.
