Summary

Description
English: CPS model 250 high voltage resistive divider probe. This probe allows my low voltage DVM to measure up to 50 kVDC with less than 0.05% error. It's used to calibrate various power supplies (e.g., beam, wehnelt) in scanning electron microscopes.
