Nederlands: Het treffen tussen de Hollandse en de Engelse vloot tijdens de tocht van de Hollandse flottielje naar Boulogne. Vervaardigd te Dordrecht in opdracht van het Ministerie van Marine. De Bataafse Republiek droeg in de jaren 1803-1805 bij aan de samenstelling van de Franse invasievloot te Boulogne, naar het denkbeeld van de Franse marinescheepsbouwer Groignard opgericht. Verschillende eskaders vertrokken daarom vanuit Vlissingen op weg naar de hoofdmacht te Boulogne, wat de Engelsen telkens trachtten te verhinderen. Collection: schilderijen; marinemodellenkamer
