Summary

Description
English: Illustration for the Hadwiger conjecture in combinatorial geometry. A triangle may be covered by three smaller homothetic triangles, but a square requires four smaller squares to cover all of its corners. The Hadwiger conjecture states that any n-dimensional convex body can be covered by at most 2n smaller convex copies of itself.
