Transcription : (1) GÙ.DÉ.A (2) ENSÍ (signs PA-TE-SI) (3) LAGAŠ (signs ŠIR-BUR-LAKI). Translation : Gudea, ensi (= prince, governor, vicar) (of) Lagash.
