Fraz Wahlah won the technology Oscar for the first time for Pakistan in the eHealth Category. Each year World's leading economies contest for APICTA including Australia, Malaysia, China, Korea, Thailand, Pakistan, Brunei , Taiwan, Singapore, etc.
