Description
Deutsch: Flagge der Stadt Horstmar: „Die Flagge ist von Weiß auf Blau in gleichbreiten Streifen neunfach längsgestreift (gemeint ist quergestreift). Im rechten weißen Obereck der Löwe des Stadtwappens.“ Der Stadt ist mit Urkunde der Bezirksregierung Münster vom 31. Oktober 1978 das Recht zur Führung einer Flagge und eines Banners verliehen worden.
